Product Delivery Policy:

The dispatch and transportation of our products are essential aspects of our service, and we want to provide you with a clear understanding of how this process works. Please read the following information regarding the delivery of your ordered items.

  1. Confirmation and Payment: The delivery of your product will commence upon confirmation of payment from the credit company and/or PayPal account. Once payment is received, the product will be dispatched to the address provided by the customer during the online order placement.
  2. Delivery Timeframe: We commit to delivering your goods within the specified timeframe to the requested destination. Our team endeavors to ensure swift delivery, aiming to dispatch products within 14 business days for registered mail and 3 business days for courier shipments.
  • Delivery times are calculated based on business days (Sunday to Thursday), excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.
  1. International Shipments: For international shipments outside the State of Israel, deliveries will be carried out in accordance with the terms and schedules of the designated delivery company or Israel Post.
  2. Delivery Company Conditions: Deliveries conducted by a third-party delivery company on behalf of our website are subject to the conditions stipulated by the delivery company, including distribution areas and coordination with the recipient.
  3. Address Issues and Alternatives: In the event that the delivery company encounters difficulties delivering to the specified address, we will promptly inform the customer and work collaboratively to find an alternative solution that satisfies both parties.
  4. Israel Post Deliveries: Products sent via Israel Post are subject to the delivery times set by Israel Post and are beyond the control of our website management and suppliers.
  5. Out of Stock Products: The delivery times mentioned on the website do not apply to products that are currently out of stock on our website or from the relevant supplier’s inventory.
  6. Courier Company Conditions: Products are transported by a courier company, and customers are bound by the conditions outlined by the courier company.
  7. Shipping Fees: In addition to the product price, customers are required to pay a shipping fee, which will be indicated at the end of the order process based on the chosen shipping method.
  • The shipping fee will be included in the product payment, either with the first payment charge for credit card or PayPal transactions.
  1. Non-Responsibility for Delays:We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure events, including war, military operations, emergencies, natural disasters, or events beyond our control, such as strikes affecting suppliers or service providers.
  2. Customer Responsibility:Customers must promptly notify us if a product has not been delivered within the specified timeframe. In such cases, a new delivery time will be calculated from the date of coordination for an alternative date.
  3. Accuracy of Details:It is crucial to provide accurate and up-to-date details. If products are returned due to incorrect details, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.

How to Make a Payment for Your Order:

To facilitate the payment process for your selected products, we offer the option to make payments via credit card or through an “e-wallet” service such as PayPal (WWW.PAYPAL.COM) or any equivalent service as deemed appropriate by the site management, periodically.

If you opt to use a credit card for payment, you will be required to provide your credit card details, ID card, card type, and validity. Alternatively, if you choose PayPal, the company will proceed with collecting payment only after obtaining approval from PayPal, adhering to the terms of use outlined on the PayPal website.

The site management reserves the right to modify the accepted payment methods, introduce new ones, or implement distinct payment arrangements for various credit cards or methods, all subject to the discretion of the site management.

Upon entering the payment details in the online order form, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that the order details have been received. Please note that this confirmation does not imply an obligation on the part of the website management to deliver the ordered products; it simply signifies the receipt of order details.

Post-order placement, the website management promptly verifies the customer’s chosen payment method. The customer is then notified of the order approval, and their account is charged for the service cost.

If, for any reason, the transaction is not approved by the credit company, PayPal account, or any other applicable payment method at that time, the orderer will receive a notification. The website management will subsequently reach out to the orderer to either complete or cancel the transaction.

The confirmation of the purchase operation is contingent upon the availability of the purchased product in stock at the requested delivery date or the time of the order. If the product is out of stock and hasn’t been removed from the website until the time of order placement, the website management is not obligated. However, any amount paid will be promptly refunded or the charge for the purchase operation will be canceled.

It’s important to note that there may be instances where an item displayed as in stock on the website is, in reality, unavailable. In such cases, the transaction will be canceled, and the customer will be reimbursed, with no claims accepted.

The delivery date will commence from the date of transaction approval by the credit company, confirmation from the PayPal account, or any other approved electronic wallet service.

If the orderer is erroneously charged by the credit company, prompt notification to the website management is necessary to facilitate a corresponding credit.

In light of the war in our region there may be delays with deliveries, Which means longer delivery times than usual, and/or a lack of updating with tracking numbers of the packages. But the packages are all being sent.
