What countries does Global Sales ship to?
We pride ourselves on our international shipping capabilities. We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. You can find a complete list of the countries we ship to on our ‘Shipping Policy’ page.
Do you have physical stores in these countries?
Currently, we operate solely online to ensure that we can reach as many customers as possible. However, we are continuously evaluating our growth strategy and may open physical stores in the future.
How can I check if Global Sales ships to my country?
If your location is outside the US, Canada, Australia, Europe. Please contact us.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please visit our ‘Order History’ page, locate the order you wish to cancel, and click on ‘Cancel Order’. Please note that orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns
We aim to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition. For more information, please visit our ‘Return Policy’ page.
Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process it within 7-10 business days. After processing, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (FYI, The refund will be without shipping cost, full payment will be charged for shipping in any case).
